Driving to Petra. This is such a beautiful area. The colors in the mountains are nothing short of amazing....

At Petra, you do have the option to be transported down or up the canyon if you do not want to walk. I felt sorry for these horses. Steep climbs and very rugged cobblestones. You could hear a hoof slip a little on the stones...  :(
